So yeah, I pretty much explained in the title what the thread is about, who was the first person for you to talk to outside of forum posting from the forums?

Mine is teh Magus. After posting in a thread about how well mannered he was, and how I'd like to have a match with him, he IM'ed me on AOL and it was wub at first sight. After that we started talking daily, and he introduced me to IRC...it was heaven...but then that dirty Miroku had to come and cause trouble...but that's a story for another time...

So who got you sucked into the community?

I talked to a forum member over the phone, thats about the closest i have been outside the forum. His alias on other forums is tetsuo but i dunno what it is here.
