Swooping really slow on steam!

I dont get it when i join servers on steam the swooping is fine but then when i start a server the swooping is so slow and everyone notices it, can anyone help or tell me a console command to fix this. Thanks

Ive found that when you have +use in effect it will make you go slower then normal. Try -use in console and see if that helps.

Swooping is slower in 1.2 than it was in 1.1, but some servers have it set ridiculously slow for some reason. Try other servers. If it still seems slow that's just because you aren't used to it yet.

the way i chain swoop actually makes the swooping seem faster that 1.1 if you do it right.
