This game is crazy.... I have to say I am loving Unity so far with what I have seen of it.




And from my own personal experience with this game....

After I had destroyed his rib cage of course lol

Considering there is going to be a achievement for doing the operation with just a glass shard, I think its doable.

Only once in a million years though.

I gripped the hammer with three fingers, busted the ribcage into a million ******* pieces, then beat the patient in the head with the hammer until he died.

There was nothing we could do to save him.

I took out his ribs with his lower ribs and then slapped his lungs until they slid out. Unfortunately, a rib got stuck in between what was left of his ribs and his heart so he died.

Was tragic and entirely unavoidable.

I actually managed to finish the transplant. Yeah i was that bored.
But cutting the arteries/veins was a pain in the ass. Heck.... the whole thing was with those controls.

I nearly killed him cutting his heart out but I did it

Well, that explains why I kept killing him. I've been trying to yank and nudge it out. For some reason, it didn't occur to me to disconnect the arteries first.

Jeez, it's like you barely learn anything at all from this simulator.

I still can't seem to cut his arteries with the saw. It just seems near impossible.
