The trick is getting to hold a surgical knife properly(plus rotation of hand) and cutting close to the heart.
What can i say it's a great way to kill time.

Just completed the surgery with a shard of glass, nothing to say how amazing I was for doing it

lol, Glass can be tricky

I hope this gets greenlit and released pretty soon, I want more surgeries

Edit: I just used the radio to open the rib cage and knock all the unnecessary items away (most bones and the lungs)

He has 2 hearts, a radio and about 5 ribs in there and maybe the bone saw unless I threw that on the floor.

Real game is slightly harder though

I played the version situated on Kongregate, and it took me like one minute to murder him. I noticed one can just rip out all of his internal organs with the back of the hammer. It gets rid of the lungs and ribs, but it also gets rid of the heart, and well... he kinda dies, just a little bit, in the proccess of stabbing his open ribage with the back of a hammer.
