The only other ones they have are the long hair, but he still has the jacket it broly's movie.

Are they going to use that oh so sexy long hair and saiyan armor look

If you actually watched the show you would know that he was strong enough to take on Cell form 2 in his Beefed up SSJ state. Why in the world would he have to use a higher transformation to defeat a less powerful Cell?

i did watch the series. and he was a higher level of ssj, as you know ssj1 is nowhere near a match for cell even form 1.

Afteyr trunks went back to the future, he was a LOT stronger than he was before, if ussj (beefed up super saiyan) could wipe out cells 2nd form, a ssj woulld do the same to cell's 1st form. Pus, he didnt really absorb too many people.

It doesn't work that way. You are thinking that SSJ is a set powerlevel. By that logic, SSJ Goten is on par with SSJ Goku. Is that what you are saying?

He defeated the Androids and Cell so easily when he went back to his timeline because he had trained hard while he was in the other timeline.

Think of it just like ESF. The stronger you are at base powerlevel the stronger your transformation will be.

Trunks never made the grade for SSJ2.

Ofcourse =\ His powerlevel is far beyond Freiza's even if he is 100% =\ he should have no need to go SSJ becuase, his powerlevel doesnt require to be raised.. Its more then enough to just blow Freiza away..

he doesnt go ssj2 hes just more powerful and faster as his ssj form because wen he trained in the hyperbolic time chamber for a year so his regualr ssj is way stronger than it was wen he first beat frieza.

perhaps....if Frieza never trained. If frieza trained all this time, then chances are Goku would have to go SSJ. SSJ2 perhaps for 100%.
