Strange laptop: drivers problem.

IBM thinkpad R50e
1gb ram
1.7ghz

It's a strange model, usualy doesn't have these stats, but yeah.

Finding the graphics drivers is being a pain in the ****, I know it's not intergrated intel graphics like all the sites suggest. I'm pretty sure theres an ATI card, like a mob radeon 9000 or something, but i've had no luck what so ever finding the right ones to install. The version of windows she has on (xp home) isn't registered yet, so I dunno if that could effect it. Also catalyst won't install, nor will mob catalyst. Meh I've just got no idea. I've looked around and all the other R50e's I can find have way different internal make up (processor speed, ram etc)

Try the Omega's and see if they work, they have been modded to support Mobility Radeon's.

You will need to grab an older version of the drivers though, as all Pre- Radeon 9500's are no longer supported.

If they don't work, then I doubt you have a Radeon at all.
