After a serious promotion I am now doing comfortable quality control work in a climate controlled lab. Much more work to be done since I am the only person who checks raw material for the company, but the payoff is I am that much more important and the suits are so far pleased with me in my new position. My daughter turned 5 this year and is headed off to kindergarten this year

That's awesome mate! I told my old boss to jam his job after 10 years, walked out the door with no real prospects, and three weeks later got a management job in the medical field.
