steam problem

i wouldn't normally be asking this

i am at an internet cafe now , i want to play esf online with steam , but i can't see it under the play games option in steam , is there a way i can get steam to see esf 1.2 (i gave it to them) i just can't see it in the play games list , help someone ?

If it was installed properly, steam needs to be restarted. It should be under 3rd party games. The place needs to have HL or CS 1.6 installed to get ESF to work.

Steam doesn't need to be restarted when installing a new mod. Just reopen the Play Games window.

they have both , at home i run esf on cs1.6 , the only problem is they have restrictions on there network setup , such as know right clicking
