Steam Problem - Library Steam.dll not loading?

I keep get this error when trying to install steam (Missing Library Steam.dll) Does anyone what I can do to fix this?

? The Steam installer is an exe, you don't need any dll's or some to install it. Try to get it on http://www.steampowered.com again

I download the .exe file and when I run it I get the error, sorry if I wasn't more clear about that before.

EDIT: I fixed it, I needed to turn off ZoneAlarm...Yeah, I feel like an idiot. Feel free to slap me

Ive run into several problems with Steam and Zone Alarm, appears they dont like each other

If steam crashes and you have Zone Alarm, it might be down to that but thats a small cause

Zone alarm is a Software Firewall.

It might be you have a different firewall to Zone Alarm, but it can still happen.
