steam + ESF = no keyboard binds??

Here the problem is better stated in my post. The problem goes well beyond just the key binds. Its more as if the game will not load properly. there is other issuses beyond the keys and you can always rebind in console. It just takes longer

Ok one key thing I can add is: Once you make that config file make it read only so steam cannot clear it.
