He shouldn't need me to explain it. It's too damn noticeable. And i'm too lazy to put his pic and a goku pic in here. Go look at his shirt, then go look at a regular goku picture. His shirt is higher up, and not so rounded off like he has it. It makes more of a V.

im working also on a ssj3 goku though i cant get the hair right >_<

The hair looks good, but the top half of the gi and shirt need to be more of a V:

The muscles could still use some work, rather than having one big oval as a bicep, look at the ref pic and you'll see what I mean, but only do it if you have polies to spare, make the ears a bit thinner, they stick out too much. Finally, the gi looks like the sash is tight (like it should be) but the sash itself is too wide which looks very weird, i'd suggest making it smaller.
