I think they should fix the sbc in 2 ways mke it where piccolo has to stay with it(like goku and the kamehameha) and it should be a rail gun effect not a explotion(like instant kill but can be blocked)

its very weird that the special beam cannon isnt the same as kamehameha,, you load special beam cannon, and you fire it, and beams fly' s to person, and you can make a second one!! IF the person is blocking your special beam cannon, the enemy can make another, and another and hits you whit 3 special beam cannons!

Special "Beam" Cannon...

If it is a beam then it should be attached like all the other beams, and as far as I know Piccolo was stationary every time he used it. The SBC is an attached beam. Think back to when Piccolo flew behind cell threw a masenko at him, got blown back, and then shot a SBC at him. The beam was attached... I think the SBC is powerful enough as it is right now, plus if they make it a true beam then that would negate those annoying secondary SCB's when you are already blocking the first.

Okay, first of all, watch the garlic jr saga. Piccolo fires 5 SBC at Gohan while moving .
Secondly it should be an instant kill except you can block it, and it isn't as fast as disc, maybe kamehameha, so you can see it coming.
Thirdly it should be smaller. I mean, right now it's bigger than Piccolo, what the hell is up with that? It's like finger laser.

If it hits the ground it should explode though. And it should take a shorter time to charge the stronger Piccolo gets. Just like in the show, in the Saiyan Saga it takes him five minutes, but in Garlic Jr saga, less than a second.

In germany it called Höllen Spirale that means Hell Helix. I think that name is better then special beam cannon.

but if its an instant kill and can be fired when the other guy struggles with one he can kill evryone without danger.
maybe they should be invincible against other sbc, as soon as they get hit by one sbc ,but Piccolo could fire 3 at one person before it comes to struggle.

The Special Beam Cannon called Höllen Spirale (Hell Helix) in germany. Its the same but it sounds cooler.

if u charged it not far the beam is small and could go straight true the body and if u charged it long it is a big ball of energy and it should explode or something but it should be remade it is ugly now make it the same as in the serie

Here is my two cents...

It should be atached, but not controlable, it should do a masive amount of dmg... Full charge one should be an instant kill.... To every one, even people that are transformed and your not..
It should move slightly faster than a generic beam, and should have a small blast radius. Fast charge time, must be stationary..

Basically it would pack the same damage as a fully charged final flash, but have a small explosion, not controlable, and have a very fast charge time (like 50% longer than generic)

That is just how i think it should be....

For the most part sounds good. It should be an instant kill if it isn't blocked. I mean look at what it did to Raditz and Goku, looked like an instant kill to me, except for all that talking.
