Yea it should also the Kamehameha or any beam attack for that matter should be able to continue on after killing the person if the beam is strong enough... Like you don't see goku when he is SSJ fighting Cell teleport infront of him and release his beam and he damn near kills himself or does kill himself.. My point is if the beam is powerful enough you should have the choice of letting it continue on or right clicking to blow it up or both...
