Special Beam Cannon

I think the Special Beam Cannon needs some changing. Piccolo/Cell should say "Special Beam Cannon" while charging, and when he fires "FIRE!".

I suggested that, but then they gave me some stupid reason as why they cant. I thought it was a moronic reason, but I agree with you it should be changed.
