Hey man SPC is supposed to be a fast attack. Also if you cant dodge the finger laser man you mustnt really be good.
Its very easy to take advantage to some who uses the finger laser. And if they do make the SPC faster i dought they wont make it SO fast that it is hard to dodge.

like I have said in the other SBC thread what you se now is the best they can do with the HL engine it just wont go any smaller...

the sbc is nice, but i think piccolo should stand still while shooting it
because when youre blocking it he can fire a second one at you
