if there was a chibi skeleton for 1.3 i would release it..
gonna try krillin, but doubt it will keep the proportions..

Isnt it posible to rescale the model including the skeleton in something like hlmodelviewer?
And @DBZhell i think the pupils need to be scaled a bit lower and maybe repositioned
I can surely see the resemblence though, and maybe make the under eye lines a bit lighter, closer to the skincolour it self

Could a skeleton be re-sized? If it is possible, that would solve some stuff,right?

actualy no, you can rescale the model and sceleton with the hlmv and you can move the origin with the qc file so it dosnt apear like its floating
