hair is awsome! nice job.
the only thing i don't like is the skin tone,to dark for my taste! anyway....keep up!

Seems to be Gogeta.
The colors are very familier, from Dave's Gogeta maybe? =P

Anyway, I dont like the skintone myself, the highlights are white, when they should have a more yellow-ish tint.
Cheeks look really defined, the forehead area also has a different tone than the rest of the face.

And if it really is Gogeta, the hair doesnt look quite right.

OK, what needs to be changed?
The lock of hair over his forehead, if he'd Vegeta, remove it. If thats Vegito let it stay but make it more smoother, it bends too sharply.
And the texturing of the forehead and cheeks makes him look like hes been bleaching those parts of his face. Make the colours blend more with the rest of his face.
Thats it I guess.
Its really good though.
