Cell doesn't count and hese boring to play as.
Androids 17 and 18 both diserve to be here cause they
had their own saga too. And hese an uncle so there. Hese
a part of the Z Warriors family tree even though he lives alone

How is Cell boring to play? He has four signature attacks, each useful for something different, not to mention solar flare. There is nothing wrong with Cell.

New player models/transformations
There might be new player models, but we're perfectly able to pick those ourselves. We won't add any models from dragonballgt or the dragonball movies
