perhaps u shud just make it so wen its counting up it tkaes like a set time like half a second and the numbers for a higher powerlevel just add up faster?? then it'll be like the show u get to see the powerlevel and every1s happy.....hmm having the scouter blow up?? well the scouters like break at 50000 pl newayz so if its gonna be accurate scouters would be useless...yeh the scouters are only there for radar and stuff not real but havin it like the show would be good....i like the idea of it like having arrows wen someone is aiming at u and chargin an attack...like in the show the scouter can sense and attack....that'd be preety sweet as well...
