Scatter attack- vegeta shud have it

hey just a quick suggestion, u know piccolo's scatter attack? well vegeta uses the same 1 when fighting buu, just before him and goku fuse, tell me im stupid, but shudn't vegeta have this attack too?

no i think he shouldn't because although he uses it it would make vegeta have two scattershots and everyone would use the homing one

Not really. The scatter is an instant fire attack. You could make it drain alot of Ki.
While the beam spam one (cant remember the name) takes a while to power up.
It all depend on what situation you are in.

the speed you can shoot ki shots should just increase with your PL. it would let all characters output fast ki shots.
