The DBZ Makers "claim" that when Vegeta, Nappa, and Bardock were out in space they were still in the atmosphere of the planet. It makes no sense for Vegeta and Nappa though becuz after they blew up the planet they still hung around somehow inside the atmosphere of nothingness talking about making the universe a better place to live.

The saiyans that frieza destroyed are gone and not one really wasn't to bring them back for some reason (and the movies don't have anything to do with the series so brolly doesn't count) but there are all of the saiyans that the King said were too weak, they were sent off to other worlds I guess they could still be alive assuming frieza didn't hunt them down.

Maybe the space thing was just artistic! They wanted to do something dramatic, a big battle in the big old space.. dramatic enough.

My bro (Fortnox) just pointed out to me that all Saiyans can breathe in space. This seems logical. when Vegeta and Nappa destroy Arlia, they stand around talking out in space. When Paragas is trying to stop Brolly destroying planets (on TWO occasions) they are both out in space, hopping from rocks. In The Worlds Strongest Team video, Gohan is up in space lookin fine. And in the DBZ intro, we see Vegeta in space going SSJ (Dunno when this is, I've only seen it on the intro). THEY LIVE! SEE! THEY LIVE!

Sinkaro I watched the film, I loved it, and I saw Brolly getting stabbed by some guy, with a dagger thru the heart. I just checked, definately a dagger. He should be DEAD DAMNIT! X_X

Nope. Frieza says saiyans cant breathe in space. Thats why when Goku, Goham, Vegeta etc get tired they start breathing heavily. Cuz they need airm unlike Frieza and Cell.

And that's why Frieza set up Namek to explode in the first place... because then they would both be in space (given they survive the explosion) , Frieza able to breathe, and Goku... well... not.

You are sadly mistaken. They were still on the planet that Paragas claimed to be the New Vegeta.

How the hell did this nonsense start? Well, I've watched it again, and Brolly's shadow takes a shadow dagger to the chest. Heart or not, it's a killing wound. HE SHOULD BE ****ING DEAD! It would have punctured the goddamn lungs! I think it's very unlikely that the saiyan pods have their own atmosphere... look at the size of em... oh well.

I'm pretty sure that Brolly's planet-destroying spree was before New Vegeta was made, and when I watch it again they are clearly hopping from asteroids, but oh well. You guys said that DBZ wasn't totally connected to the movies.

but you see Vegeta going SSJ on some strange planet! and when al those meteors arrived he was very far from the planet (my guess out of its atmosphere if there ever was one!) to keep em away from his ship!

*buzzer noise* Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! He was still in the atmosphere. It's a looooong long long long way to the Earth's atmosphere. It probably was for that planet Vegeta was on at the time, too.
