I already finished the head, and i'm workin on the torso now.

Cool! I've been waiting for someone to model sweet lil' Sakura.

Looking good so far... just don't forget to weld the two halves of the head.

I finished the model.
2272 Poly's, yep, a lot of poly's went in the hair.
and the arms on the side are a lil to thin, but i already fixed that.
I'm just to lazy to post a new pic:p

Either she's too short... or her head's too big. Plus the "flaps" on her skirt should be longer.

The proportions are really weird, she looks like a midget.
Just look at it her head is as wide as her body.
and if you didn't know a normal human's head fits 7 times in his/her own body.
your sakura's head fits 4,5 times in her body.
The hands and arms are to thin and small as well, same goes for the legs.

fix the proportions.

I dont know what refs you used for the body but they must have been messed up :\

i think there shouldnt be a hole between her hair and her neck,as if some..THING is growing out of her head.. it looks kinda weird...but thats just me :)

hair on the front looks cool, face too

but i kinda canceled this project.
i dont feel like doing her anymore.
and it kinda failed.
so i started on a Kakashi.

what modeling program do you use?
probably MS3d, press left mosue button in a viewport and then click choose background image, done.
