Role playing suggetion(new game type)

I have an idea for RP can you make like a NPC class(kinda like spectater)that doesnt really do any thing but you can select people like Mr.Satan and Babidi and you can kill em but you get points if you protect them or some thing,,,,but make it where its a game type so people dont abuse heres a list of NPCs
