Request for models

Well for starters I didnt quite know where this should go?But I was wondering I would like a new model but I dont have a skinning kit and I dont know how to get a skinning kit!but I have seen in esf stuff,esf world networxx and even this site that people have said " and I have finished "goerges" goku etc.Does that mean I could ask people to make models for me?????
