This. It makes sense, since we have stamina bar in ESF Final.Imagine Regen like this -
you charge the move successfully, and then it is active for a given period.
When you take damage, the player reacts normally however stamina is transferred to health.
We are not doing cooldowns for anything. It feels unnatural to try and do something only to get a "whoops cooldown still has 5 seconds on it" situation.These ideas are very creative and cool, but it might be hard to actually implement them in the game..How about you give Piccolo the ability to almost instantly regenerate when he uses the ability like in the ESF EVM special.And to balance it, the move should cost a pretty high amount of both stamina and KI and the player should not be able to move for about 5 seconds until he is healed.I know it doesn't seem much time ,but ESFwise 5 seconds can be a looong time.Plus maybe add a cooldown as well.
Then just the aforementioned drawbacks of the skill should be more than enough to balance the technique.Besides with the cooldown it probably would't be worth the hasle.What are your thoughts?We are not doing cooldowns for anything.
