The actual bg itself is cool, gives a nice "space'y" feel, but it's completely thrown outta wack with the seemingly random pic of Goku. It's also a little big for my taste, but nothing too bad.

I'm a fan of the color, and the image involved, but the inner/outer glow smudges are very disorganized, the overall star/galaxy effect has abrupt spacing at the bottom left, the bottom middle, the upper left, and the upper right, which kills the flow a lot. I suggest a different font, but the one your using is quite alright.

It's just the placement of certain effects that basically crowd the sig imo.
