Render is a bit too blurry, trying working on text placement and choosing, that one doesn't really flow with the signature.

Yeah the name annoys me.So can you give me ex. where to place it and with what font?

No I cant, that's for you to decide. I don't have a particular font in mind that could replace that one. You could visit dafont, and browse for texts that you might like.

The first one was better. That one is just a mess. Visit Good-Tutorials and learn to brush. Visit deviantART for some brushes, and dafont for fonts.

I don't know how to make "glow" effect and it is very useful effect in sigs.I made this picture without tutorial!
