Alot of people don't know which side of the bansaber they sit on, some think that I dislike them, when I actually do like them quite a bit.

More to the point, this thread is here for you to get your frustrations out on me without fear of retribution. Be advised however, that you can have a negative opinion without flaming me. Post things I would normally not tollerate, and I will continue to follow suit. I hope some of my moderators and the Dev's post here, as I am intersted in knowing how I affect people I work with.

I see you as a judge, a higher power, and a helpful person, I show you respect since you are higher up in teh food chain, I show you respect because you are older, and more experiences in more siuations, pretty lenient(sp?) fun to joke with, you can crack down on people pretty hard, which is always not a pretty site to see;/

I like how you privelege people, and let them come back, and even when they do not learn their lessonl you still give them a chance, but then at times you crack down, so I think you are a person that can look into things well, you can put yourself into the other peoples shoes and see the other side.

Your one of my favorite people on the forums to tell you the truth. The reason why you are is because you always have something "good" to say, no spam and no stupid ****. Megasaxon: One of the freindliest guys I have the privelege of knowing and one of the reasons I would like to someday travel to the land down under. You never need fear my ban saber . . . mainly because you could just reset the server and win

Mystix: Another newer addition to our community, and a great guy overall. Good sense of humor, and knows when to stop Great qualities in a guy that makes you laugh at least once a night.

Hibiki: Ahhh, the first fight I ever had with someone on ESF was with you buddy A good freind who I can count on to be a good freind all the time. Shares so many common interest that I need to remember to sleep every now and again and not live in his timezone Probably the second most misunderstood person behind nameless.

Chitenga: Another great guy with a sence of humor, Chitenga is the opposite of Badong, he is Gnodab.

Well if I could describe you in a word it'd be "reasonable." You're a more neutral moderator than most and you actually attempt to explain why you do what you do every time you do it. You seem to apply a bit more effort than you... well, could. Either way, the fact that you respond to your PMs alone raises the bar for me (by the way, I sent you one more). I've never seen you do anything I would disagree with or question, which places in the ranks of fellow moderators such as... erm... well I'm sure there's someone else, and I just can't think of him. Hell, at the very least you're grammatically correct, and I can never stress the virtues of proper grammar enough!

On top of all that, your posts are invaluable and actually worth my reading time. You don't skimp on the details, and you never just stop at a sentence. You state your oppinions plainly and clearly, and we can all appreciate that.

I remember when the beams were SLOW and most of the chares were Gorden because the models werent finished.
