quick xp problem

ok does anyone know exactly why i can only save images from the internet as bmp files. it wont let me save them as jpg

uh, maybey a virus or something? i suggest reinstalling, cuz i always can save as jpeg in xp....

if it doesnt help... good luck with any other solutions.

i had this problem a long time ago, do this open up IE, go to tools>internet options and delete all your cookies and clear your history now right beside delete cookies press "Delete Files" and this will clean your system of all temp internet files, reenabling you to save images as jpeg and gif again. I hope you got this in time o_o before you reinstall XP
