problems with demos

i were just watching the demo with gr00vy and bi0 fighting, after i did i was playing ESF and i cant look up or down, whenever i do, i just go forwards or backwards slightly... can anyone please help, is it the demo, or demo's either way please help, i want to watch demos, but have to re-install ESF... :cry:

Go to console and type in:
+mlook
and press enter. Voila, problem solved!
