When Windows loads, suddenly I get a an error box pop up that says:

"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application was not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."

Help?

Installed anything before this problem occurred? Perhaps you can do a system repair and or restore? More importantly, have you googled for the error? :p

HHCTRL.OCX is a Microsoft ActiveX which supports all functions of the user help interface, Try doing the following:

1) re-register hhctrl.ocx by going to Start>>>Run and type this in:
REGSVR32 C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx

2) Run CCleaner, do a clean and get it to fix the registry.
It can be obtained from here:
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/
And it is free btw :)

3) Run a Windows Scandisk, reboot.

4) Remove any Windows updates that may have recently been installed.
