problem with starting ESF

:cry: i have a prblem with starting ESF,

it says he cant find Hl.exe , halflife is installed , and everytime i start esf i get a popup that can choose between repair
oke and cancel, also its not listed when i start hl in the mod listing menu

plz help

make sure you installed ESF to the same folder that Half-Life is installed in
