Problem with ESF

I get this fatal error thing of "could not load library c:\program files\steam\steamapps\[email protected]\half-life\esf\cl_dlls\cilent.dll"

Can anyone help me?

Download the FMOD.dll from ESF-World

I dled the FMOD.dll but where do I place it in?

in your Half-Life directory, eg C: /Sierra/Half-Life

put it in
C: \Program files\Steam\Steamapps\[email protected]\half-life\

new problem arises.......althought the game was able to load in steam but when I try New Game, I cant seem to be able the play it. The screen will be constantly flashing when I try to play or do anything so in the end I had to press esc and disconnect

Don't click new game, go to find servers. If you want to create a server hit the Create Server button instead.

whoops lol, my bad, i forgot you were using steam :cry:

I cant start it with normal cs too..... I pasted the fmod.dll into the half life folder and I get some new problems.....I really wish I dont have so many problems......

Wasn't there a different way to install ESF with CS or something?
