Problem Logging online

When I try to log in online,the game tells me that it can't authenticate with WON servers and it exits to windows.
I can't connect and play with people because of this.Does anyone know the solution for this little mistery?

Well, you get identified to the WON servers with your WONID.. is your CD legit? Or have you shared your CD key with a friend who plays online? If so you need to get a new copy of Half-life with a new CD key.

I haven't shared my key with anyone and on top of that I have a CD key generator,a little program that generates unlimited CD keys if needed.
Is it because my CD is not original?

Exactly, cd-key generator only let's you play in lan game. You will need to buy it if you want to play with other people online.
