precaching problem

when trying to connect to a server it gets all the way to precaching resources then freezes and stops responding im using steam. i can connect to my own server fine but when i try join someone elses it freezes thanks for any help

go to you're console and type "fs_lazyprecache 1" or something similar (should come up) =] that should solve the problem
