precaching

when trying to connect to a server it gets all the way to precaching resources then freezes and stops responding im using steam. i can connect to my own server fine but when i try join someone elses it freezes thanks for any help

first thing is when I play offline - VIALAN - I cant see the info of the precaching prossece and stuff... like if I have Mr. Satan's script - I cant see the usual messege so that gets me even more pissed to wait and lagprecaching when I dont know what is happening while Im waiting. thats...

well i run esf then goto a game and it does sya load server and stuff then this precaching resources precaching done then it says we have in countered a problem and will shut down program plz can someone help
