ok on these server that had EVM and people was powering up to super buu and then killing them self and they got 30,000,000+ more powerlevel!O_O anybody that knows this thick please tell me, i want to try it:laff:

Agreed. It isn't a bug, it's a problem that comes up because of the way they scripted transformations. When you kill yourself it counts your current transformation PL as your base PL and compensates you when you switch characters. It's easily abusable.
