Yeah true, and even though movie content isn't allowed- with maps like tree of might in 1.2.3 it seems that ESF is based more off the americanized version of dragonball and not the manga.

I think by Tree of Might they were thinking...

The mappers do whatever the mappers do ;P Always been that way. And if you remember, we've had a movie map for a long time (ESF_TOM). When we say movie content we refer to mechanics and characters. And we're not doing fusion.

The no movie content is connected to gameplay. Meaning characters or attacks.

Maps are just made by "What ever the mappers think of"

Or did you see the old esf_geoarena or esf_afm maps in DBZ?

Making a vague guess. I can find 3 reasons:
- purists: "Only agree with the manga"
- lazyness: "This is enough work"
- thinkers: "How would one balance out characters that dont have a balance refference"

EDIT: @Synth I find that a bit strange though. I mean Brolly is the bad guy and not a hero XD

That kid has some serious right/wrong issues.

Broly was a very hard to use character in his LSSJ form in ECX + Big Pack. When he went from normal form to SSJ he was a very fun character to use but the LSSJ didn't allow you to see in front of you only if you used first person. Fusion would be the only thing I would want to see from the movies. And fusion was in the series also, not only in the movies :|

Fusion has a different reason for not being in.

And that reason is character multiplication.

Need i remind you that Gotenks was actually agreed uppon provided the comunity does him. Ofcourse thy first needed to finish Tien since Project Tien was allready started when Gotenks was suggested.

is no movie but i think that trunks kid is unnecesary because we already have the stronger trunks,goten well is a simple character=we have gohan he is a lot of better than goten.

the characters of esf 1.3=final are perfect only in a mod or custom model can get more character the team already have a lot of work only with this.
