FMA and Evangelion definately stand out as the best ones for me. Especially FMA really sucked me in, the characters, the story.

Samurai Champloo was also very good.

Currently watching Naruto and Bleach, though the pacing of Naruto is horrible atm.

Fate Stay Night was also awesome.

And lastly the Hellsing OVAs

#1 Favorite is Bleach, cause I think I'm in love with Orihime.

Followed closely by Naruto, cause demon fox kicks ass!

Then I'd hafta give it up to Cowboy Bebop just cause Edward rules!

Trigun comes next cause you just can't mess with Vash!

So I just watched all of Elfen Lied today...amazing anime. I suggest it to everyone. It's only 13 episodes so it's like watching a very long movie, but it's well worth it.
