I already "finished" this model a bit after the Kompetition started, I wanted to post it after the poll opened so...here it is:

Still WIP over all, I'm open for crits and still dont have the uncaped version done but that will come later. =3

My only crit is that shoulder thingy on the vest should be longer.. . You know what I mean. >_>. And I know you made the headband thing a variety of size for a reason, but its disturbing me.. =P. GJ otherwise though, SV.

I got a few lil crits though, to me his hips look a tad wide, and his feet look a tadum wide too. The back looks a little strange from the sideview, its too round D:

Definatly man, since skinning takes lots of time for meh we can team up, I can finish this model, in both caped and un-caped forms, you'll skin it up and we can release it for 1.2 with spiffy animations :3
