Pictures in media players

how do i take pictures in windows media player...plz help

well the way I do it is to set the player so that it is always ontop of other programs. Then pause the movie where you want it and open another window (so that the player is not selected anymore) and then press the print screen button. Open up photoshop and paste the whole picture into it. Crop everything you want out of it and there you have it.... That is the way I do it but I know there has to be an easier way to do it.

Select the paused screen, hold alt and press PRINT SCREEN, it will only take a pic of what is "selected"
