Okay. I have made a new sig, and done two copies, one with a border (a thick one)

Here is the one w/out a border -

I don't like the black grid on the background.
The chick on the left looks like she has been sliced in half at a diagonal. (probably could have blended it in better)
The font is a bit large and covers too much of the sig for my taste.
The background itself is really, really simple...
And the border on the second one is a bit unruly.

Sorry, but I don't really like them. :X

that border is...not good at all the text seems way too big for me and sailor moon? wtf
grid is a bit random and your cutting and blending techniques need some work

Yah, I made it on a whim. I'll try fix the grid, and do a better border
