Batman: Arkham City.

It's everything Arkham Asylum was and then some. Everything's been refined and tuned, and getting around Arkham City is a lot more entertaining than getting around Arkham Asylum was. Everything's bigger!

Batman doesn't kill. Gravity kills. Drowning in an inch of water kills. High-speed locomotives kill. Tripping down a flight of stairs kills. He won't kill you, but he doesn't have to save you, either.

Batman was famous for killing criminals. It was what set him apart from all the other Heroes at the time.

No he wasn't. In the 40's, he killed a handful of people, but that isn't part of the current continuity and hasn't been for forever and a day now, and he certainly wasn't famous for those killings.

Batman not killing anyone is a huge part of his character, Mkil. He states he'd be no different from the criminals if he did.
