(they were having a contest, so i decided to enter)

i kept is simple, cause u dont want a gaudy, flashy banner distracting you from the meat of teh page

I hate the "NTP" as it clashes with the blue and "lack of depth".

I cant believe im going to say this, but its too....ummm.. I cant do this....ok i will try...its too....umm..its too ba...ba...ba...balu......BLUE!!! Way too blue, try mixing two different shades of blue in it,and it has to many naruto pix IMO.

Another problem is the old old "LIGHTNING BURST" tutorial used in the centre.

Too many pictures, the NTP doesnt look like it mixes well with those whole thing, that pink in back of the NTP is just confusing me

Try making it less cramped up, Id suggest 2 images, maybe one of Naruto and the Nine Tails Fox? Thats what I would do though, but anyway... yea try making everything fit the NTP text

2nd imo, in the 1st it looks weird with the radial blur overlaying on your stock.
