Nah, it was Felix Jones being Felix Jones and missing a cue. Romo was rolling out, and was trying to get the NY linebacker (Tuck) to commit to him, once he does he pops the ball to Felix.
However Felix started running upfield just before Tony threw it, so by the time the ball got released Felix was no longer an option, thus the Romoness.
Romo owns so hard though, I feel bad for him and it sucks Cowboys fans hate him. Yea he has shit away some games, but the rest of the team and that terrible offensive line sure have as well (not to mention their CB Newman last year, who was cut). Overall however, Tony has a very low career INT %. He's also top 5 in all time Passer Rating (not that stupid ESPN QBR bullshit). When Tony's off however, it really hurts the team, though. This is mainly due to the fact that he has one of the worst O-lines in the league, and no running game. So pretty much that offense completely relies on Tony to Not Do Bad Ever in a game, resulting in his actual ****ups being magnified.
