If I get this right, I THINK he means, speed up melee, or something. Make them do the real fast punching sequences you always see in the show where they exchange lightning-fast blows.

It's a nice concept, but you'll need to come up with a more concrete application for your idea, for example, is this used as a combo, or as an entirely new feature for Melee, or what? Be more specific. You can't just say "I want this and this" and expect people to take it seriously, or be able to imagine what you mean in an in-game setting.
