It is not just a generc beam because he sat there and formed a ball in his hand and proceeded to increase the ball in size 2-3 times before firing it as a beam. By the slowness of the beam, I would guess that it wasn't a generic beam. I mean look at the picture everybody it really is rather large.

For some reason that 3rd picture doesn't really fit, is that a finger laser that Freeza is shooting or is that the beam after Piccolo shot it back at him?

That's because, a big beam is very slow. Unless, if they have a very strong PL. A big beam will eventually become faster, but maybe you are right that it is a attack. But the hard part of the beam will be. " The name "

In DBZ, the warriors can increase the speed of their beams. But the bigger the beams, the harder it is to control and even speed up. A small beam for example can 'instantly' hit a target.
Get my idea?

Well putting the person in the "Ball" doesn't sound to bad...

You throw the "net" and it forms around the person...
you have 5-10 seconds to Melee him around (Beams/disks wouldn't hurt player in ball)

If possible make it so the person in the energy ball would be extra *bouncy*

With a few balancing tweaks and it using the *cool down period* idea...i think it would be a very nice addition

So, if I have my own opinion idea's does that mean I get banned? Scary.

Anyways, the player that is touched by the ball can just like in a PS, push the buttons fast to remove the ball. If Goku has for example, much stronger PL. He can easily remove it. Get my idea?

The attack that I was referring to was that explosive volley ball attack. Gotenks used it later, but Frieza used it first. He knocked Goku around and when he smashed him into the ground the ball exploded. I proposed a ball form of that which would just send an opponent it hit into the ground (as though he were blocking but faster, since he isn't, it's unblockable), and let it be detonated by the terrain. It would be about as strong as the finishing buster, but with a smaller blast radius, and it could fire as a slower projectile than, say, generic ki blasts. It'd be something that was really only useful in melee.

The other proposition was that it work like Buu's body part and paralyzed your opponent until he was melee'd, and then explode. Well Buu's body part wouldn't explode, but it would paralyze.

I just don't see a point to giving him a beam. Sounds like you're suggesting a beam that moves as slowly as the Final Flash, with the strength of a Masenko, and that's not right. Frieza isn't a beam kind of guy.

the only thing I would change about Freeza is the death balls charge time. If that was a little faster I think freeza would be better.
