Everytime i download something using a bittorrent program.. such as BitComet or uTorrent, Windows tells me that my my router disconnects and reconnects every 2 minutes or so. (it says "you have no connectivity", then immediately it goes away... only to do it again 2 minutes later)

Its getting really annoying and i want it fixed, any ideas?

It might be that the connections made by the torrent program (handshaking and exchanging information with peers, etc) might be too much for your router to handle.
It's not about the bandwidth, but about too many simultaneous connections.
Try lowering the number of simultaneous connections made by your program.
That might fix your prob.
