Need, help! File missing!

When I launch the game and hosted a server it says something about file sprites/voiceicon.spr . I looked at the sprites folder and there was no such file. Could somebody say whats wrong or email me that file.

Oooops, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. I was in too much panic to notice another thread with the same question.

Now ive got another problem, when i host a game it exits to windows with no error message. When it loads, the last message I see in console before it crashes is "precaching resources" or something like that.

Yes, I am running on Direct3D (openGL doesnt work)
