The best expansion for ESF is ESF: Vanilla (LOL). So no expansion FTW.

You'll need ECX if you want to add more characters or transformations to ESF.

Only if you code them in yourself using AMXX or you install the ECX addon and use that.

But do know that the game will crash if you try to load more than 512 models at any given time.
